StarConnect is a client for the StarNet Data Accounting system (see http://www.starnetsystems.com.au/). The software provided by StarNet Systems for Mac OS X is fairly basic, so this software is designed to give Mac OS X users a more advanced and Mac-like client for StarNet Data Accounting.
